It also assists in the promotion of a sense of community among the residents of Hillwood.
What do my annual dues of $69 go towards?
The $69 annual dues pays for Hillwood social events, security cameras, and auto stickers.
Will the association fee ever go up?
Since we have 11 cameras covering every entrance into Hillwood entrance, there may be dues increases to cover the added security cost”
How do I get involved?
Contact board President, Temple Millsap, and let him know of your interest. Volunteers are welcome and there are many opportunities to serve in the Hillwood Neighborhood Association.
Why should I pay dues when nothing around here has happened in the past – it’s like my money is getting thrown away.
You’re right! In the past, our association was managed poorly. The association was managed by past developers. Their goal was to sell homes not necessarily to manage a community. Now that the developer has turned over the association to homeowners – we have organized a board and a security team to keep Hillwood safe and a great neighborhood in which to live.
Do I have to be in the Hillwood Neighborhood Association?
Being a member is not mandatory. It has no enforcement powers. Only members will be invited to Hillwood social events and have access to security camera footage in the event of a crime.
When I move what should I do?
Please notify the association President, Temple Millsap, when you move or change ownership.
